Most stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Commissions and custom engravings can take 2–4 weeks depending on complexity — we'll quote a timeline before starting.
All of the items in our shop were either designed in-house or licensed for resale from other creative designers. No AI generated or "slop" items will ever be sold by us.
3D prints are typically made from PLA or PETG. Laser-engraved pieces are typically on Baltic birch, walnut, or acrylic — material choices are listed on each product.

Currently we are only shipping within the United States.
Stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as they arrive back in original condition. Custom and commissioned pieces are non-refundable, but if something arrives damaged we'll make it right.
